As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential financial support to the office team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
  • Preparing and disbursing invoices to customers and resolving issues with delinquent accounts through effective communication and negotiation
  • Displaying initiative and affinity for work in a department within the business, assisting with ad-hoc tasks as directed
  • Performing other duties assigned by managers from time to time

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to undertake multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with Excel and other management/accounting software
  • Able to take on new challenges with a proactive attitude
