Front Office Duty Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned hotel professional to join our Front Office team as a Duty Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with strong potential to extend.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a passionate team of service ambassadors and managing the daily operations of the Front Office and Guest Services teams.

Key responsibilities include acting as a point of escalation for emergency situations, maintaining complete knowledge of all room types, the hotel matrix, and facilities, handling client queries and complaints with professionalism, and monitoring employee performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume hotel operation, experience working with property management systems, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
