Information Security Expert

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Information Security Expert to lead our security initiatives and compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing ISO 27001 requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory IT security and compliance requirements, and implementing cybersecurity risk management policies.

As an Information Security Expert, you will have expertise in information security and compliance, ready to undertake additional compliance responsibilities. You will be a motivated individual with a passion for security and compliance who can contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with inter-department teams to maintain policies and manage policy updates.
  • Assist in internal audits and support maintenance of company's bank accounts, signatories, and access to portals.
  • Ensure client and contractual compliance tasks are completed timely.
  • Foster employee awareness and understanding of compliance responsibilities.
  • Lead security initiatives and education efforts across the organization.
  • Manage IT audit responsibilities and security incident responses.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for penetration testing and tooling.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is ideal.
  • Possess expertise in information security and compliance, with a strong understanding of ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
