Apprentice Program Coordinator Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skilled coordinator to lead the delivery of our apprentice development pathways.

You will be responsible for coordinating core programs, working closely with trainers and supervisors to ensure training meets industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective program design and delivery strategies.
  • Coordinating rotations across business units to provide apprentices with broad skill sets.
  • Tracking progress and maintaining compliance records.
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentices throughout their journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in apprenticeship coordination and a strong understanding of VET frameworks. They will also possess excellent communication, mentoring and organisational skills.

Our Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in workforce program coordination.
  • Understanding of VET frameworks and competency-based training.
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and organisational skills.
