Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Retention team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing subscriber engagement and reducing churn on Disney+.

This position is located in Melbourne and exists within a small Retention team with local and APAC responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in retention marketing roles, with experience in other digital marketing disciplines outside of retention also valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of a loyalty/perks program pipeline, with a 6-12 month plan of benefits to roll out to Disney+ subscribers
  • Providing oversight and guidance on the implementation of perks campaigns by the Lifecycle Marketing team
  • Communications planning/journey mapping
  • Media and channel expansion
  • Product & platform: communications

Requirements:

  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships to progress team initiatives
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in project delivery
