Job Description

This key leadership position involves leading and developing a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Driving inductions, training, and ongoing clinical development
  • Ensuring service quality, compliance, and ethical best practices

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant Allied Health degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Proficient or working towards proficient under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading by example, responsiveness, and initiative

We value strong written, verbal, and relational communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in diverse settings, such as homes, hospitals, community, and prisons.
