Job Title

This role is designed for individuals with exceptional customer service skills to provide valuable feedback to our clients.

As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and reporting back on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other key areas of the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, good memory, reliable communication skills, and access to the internet. This position involves working independently as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Visit retail outlets and observe customer interactions, store presentation, and overall customer experience
  2. Complete surveys online about your experiences
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback to clients
