- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the customer experience team, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and experience with CRM platforms and communication tools.
