About the Role

  • Lead a dynamic team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with store managers and other departments to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
