**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our volunteer coordination efforts at Mandurah's Seniors Centre.

As the Volunteer Support and Project Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, induction, rostering and ongoing support of volunteers, as well as contributing to the delivery of age-friendly projects that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for older people in the Mandurah Community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate volunteers at Mandurah's Seniors Centre
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, rostering and ongoing support of volunteers
  • Contribute to the delivery of age-friendly projects

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years' experience in customer service, volunteer or team management
  • Experience using staff and volunteer rostering platforms
  • Developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Effective coordination, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and principles of community engagement
  • Qualification in a relevant discipline (Certificate IV or Diploma in Community/Ageing, Administration or Human Resources)
