Pathways Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathways Team Leader to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our Clinical Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated care services to vulnerable and marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the Clinical Team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the delivery of case management, counselling, and group work services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values, promoting them through every interaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a Counselling and/or community-based Case Worker role.
- Mental Health First Aid accreditation and Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training).
- Child Protection training and knowledge/experience.
- Ability to work within an integrated approach that is person-centred and includes strengths-based and narrative practices.
- Experience working with women from CALD backgrounds (sex workers, DV, LGBT+ communities) or individuals who may be experiencing complex concerns.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
