We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathways Team Leader to join our team at BaptistCare. Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the Clinical Team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the team's performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of BaptistCare's strategic plans and initiatives.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a leadership or management role within a Counselling and/or community-based Case Worker setting.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work within an integrated approach that is person-centered and includes strengths-based and narrative practices.
- Experience working with women from CALD backgrounds or individuals who may be experiencing complex concerns.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values.
