We are seeking an experienced and skilled Driver to join our team.

Job Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering catering and retail products to various locations. You will also be required to load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, equipment, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.

Responsibilities:
  • Short distance driving and basic vehicle safety checks, including refuelling.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, equipment, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
  • Guide and position the trucks safely in line with Company, Airport, and Airline policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handover.
  • Follow instructions as given by your Trainer, Shift Supervisor or Department Head.
  • Administrative documentation, shift reports, and general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a clean valid MR or HR Driver's License (min 1 year of driving).
  • Be relatively fit and active. Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • 20/20 vision and sound hearing is vital for this role as you will be on the tarmac.
  • Neat and tidy presentation, well-spoken.
  • A cleared National Police Check is required (at our cost).
