About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Leader to join our dynamic team at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). This exciting new role will partner our flagship North Ryde hospital and soon to be opened Northern Beaches hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Hospital Director, providing insights and practical advice on building a high-performing leadership team, growing leadership capability, engagement, cultural change, and performance locally.
  • Coach senior leaders to support team effectiveness and resolution of complex employment relations matters.
  • Lead P&C initiatives such as goal setting and performance review processes.
  • Shape the cultural landscape and support structures within our hospitals.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational change projects.
  • Deliver key capability modules and other strategic initiatives such as leadership capabilities.
  • Lead people partnering across the two hospitals, with a senior people & culture partner.
About You
  • Proven experience in a People and Culture partnering role.
  • Experience delivering complex organizational-wide projects.
  • Proven track record in managing complex ER matters across different environments.
  • Demonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity well and remain calm and productive.
  • Flexibility to work from our North Ryde and Northern Beaches locations at least 4 days per week.
  • Relevant degree qualifications.
  • Desirable – Human Synergistics accredited practitioner.
