About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bras N Things Rockhampton Fair store. As a Casual Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and contributing to a positive store environment.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and empowering experience for every customer
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products, providing product information, and answering questions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Able to use initiative, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking to address customer concerns and resolve issues
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate

Salary Package: AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
