About the Opportunity

At Bras N Things, we're on a mission to empower women and families through our products and services. We're seeking an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our Rockhampton Fair store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales experience, ensuring customers leave feeling empowered and satisfied.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, providing accurate information to customers and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments, and managing stock levels.
  • Participating in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays and windows to create an engaging shopping experience.
