About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer relationships and build trust through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolve queries.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer base.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
