Role Overview

This position involves contributing to a dynamic Research and Strategy team that provides critical insights to inform high-impact decisions across a diverse property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse economic, demographic, and property market trends across multiple sectors.
  • Support the preparation of research reports, investment briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Investments, Development, Funds Management, and Leasing.
  • Assist in data modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with market shifts, industry research, and competitor movements.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking someone who is passionate about real estate, commercially aware, and eager to start a meaningful career in property research.

  • A recently completed degree in Property Economics, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • An interest in real estate markets, economic trends, and urban development.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
