About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our commercial and property finance customers, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve their financial objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales and service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial and property finance customers
  • Develop and implement sales and service initiatives to grow customer relationships
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance
  • Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions
  • Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments
