Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced professional to design and build software solutions leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

About the Job:


Design scalable automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and internal tooling to solve business problems.
Triage, investigate, and resolve support requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using modern software engineering practices.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline internal operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve support requests and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in software engineering, with experience in automation, scripting, and/or AI tool integration.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and serverless computing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
