Your Team
The Automation and AI Engineer sits in the Technology Transformation & Operations team reporting to the Senior Manager, Automation and AI. This strategic role leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI enabled solutions with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the field of automation and AI.
Your Responsibilities
Build and deploy workflow automations using Low-code/No-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Studio. Design and develop robust AI agents using Python Design and implement AI agents that can execute tasks autonomously and interact with users through chat, notifications, and actions. Integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) to enable natural language understanding, summarisation, and form extraction. Develop secure and scalable Connectors and API integrations between business systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Databricks, and other corporate applications). Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI. Ensure smooth post-deployment operations and change management.
Your Capability And Experience
Proven experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in automation and AI specific engineering roles. Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Experience in financial services is a strong advantage. Deep experience with enterprise platforms with automating tasks and building integrations A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation. A passion for teaching technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
