Job Overview

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution activities in Eastern Creek, NSW. The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team to ensure efficient and safe operations, meeting service and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including planning and coordination of tasks to meet agreed objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational initiatives to improve profitability and productivity, working closely with senior management.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, including TGA Licenses, ISO accreditations, and Poisons License.
  • Engage with healthcare customers through regular business reviews, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate a culture of health, safety, and environmental sustainability within the workplace, aligning with Toll's Global HSE Management System.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of TGA Quality Systems regulations, PIC/S Code of GMP, GWP, GDP, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Proven understanding of warehousing and management systems, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practices, including labour cost minimization strategies.
  • Valid driver's license (car).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP (SAP) software.
  • Degree or certification in a related field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
