The Opportunity:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the payroll function, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the payroll team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to deliver on key payroll functions for the growing workforce. You will collaborate with HR and finance to ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including superannuation and taxation.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience with payroll systems and a passion for process improvement and automation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
