For a leading role in residential new home construction, we are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at the Mount Waverley office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with a high level of customer service.
  • Perform general office administration duties including answering and transferring calls.
  • Coordinate communication between New Home Consultants, Site Managers, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from quote acceptance through to construction completion.
  • Prepare and answer queries on building contracts, specifications, colour selection documentation, and arrange contract signings.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to finalise plans prior to construction.
  • Organise pre-construction reports and manage onsite construction tasks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Construction or Contracts Administrator preferably in residential new home construction.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy throughout all tasks.
  • Ability to handle and escalate issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proficient in computer skills with Google Workspace.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about the building industry with a willingness to learn and grow.
