Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to act as a trusted advisor and advocate to our customers in the building of their homes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A customer-centric focus at the core of everything they do
  • Responsibilities including responding to customer enquiries, managing customer expectations and communicating with internal departments

This is a great opportunity for individuals with residential construction experience, CRM software skills and strong administrative abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Residential construction experience (1 year minimum)
  • CRM software experience (1 year minimum)

Work Requirements:

  • Australian work authorisation (required)
About The Job

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service experiences throughout the construction period of their home. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner
  • Managing customer expectations around construction milestones and project timelines
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to deliver customer service excellence
  • Scheduling and supporting the facilitation of contracts, settlements and other appointments with customers

As a successful candidate, you will be self-motivated and driven with a positive outlook, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications And Experience

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous residential building industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OnSite Companion (or similar)
  • A high level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills
