Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee home builds from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality homes.
- Coordinate trade teams and establish a reliable trade network
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Implement effective building practices and procedures
- Deliver projects within set timelines and budgeted guidelines
- Ensure adherence to OH&S regulations
- Manage daily site operations, suppliers, and administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
- Residential construction experience and/or relevant trade background
- Understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
- Completed General Construction Induction Course/White Card
- Valid driver's license
- Strong project management skills, including trade network development
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
