As a Strategic Events Specialist, you will join our team to support the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations, enhancing the brand and relationships of the firm.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events and internal office events.
- Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
- Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing collaboration and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution.
- Competent in project management and multitasking.
- Experience in collaborating with suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.).
