Event Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the execution of strategic events, sponsorship activations, and local initiatives.

The successful candidate will assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events. They will also communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience in event planning and execution, and proficiency in project management and multitasking. You will also need to collaborate effectively with external suppliers.
