Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Kieser Australia. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Coordination: Coordinate client appointments and manage our electronic clinic diary to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
- Payment Processing: Process client payments efficiently and accurately, utilizing EFT, HiCaps, and MediPass systems.
- Product Promotion: Promote Kieser's products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Membership Consults: Conduct membership consults to understand client needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Quality Service: Consistently deliver high-quality service, adhering to Kieser's standards and expectations.
- Valid Working Rights: Possess valid working rights in Australia.
- First Aid & CPR Certification: Hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Police Check: Have a valid National Police Check.
- Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
