Senior Business Growth Specialist

At Kogan.com, we are looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on new challenges and be part of a rapidly growing company.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tasks across our Commercial ecosystem, including Logistics, Sales, and tender applications. You will also qualify and manage inbound/outbound sales inquiries, from quoting to invoicing and delivery. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and drive sales through cold and warm outreach.
To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in a relevant field and demonstrated experience and success within a Sales role. You should also be commercially savvy, highly analytical, and able to develop strong relationships while driving solid commercial outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines successfully. They should also be tech-savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
