Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director in all administration tasks, maintaining and refining internal processes, managing communication with internal and external clients, inspecting properties as needed, creating newsletters and agent email mailouts, organizing the diary and calendar, confirming appointments, leading the marketing strategy, and coordinating social media presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong administration background in Real Estate
  • A Current Certificate of Registration
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
