We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. As a Registered Nurse - Theatre, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:This is a multiple positions part-time vacancy, with hours to be negotiated. The successful candidate will be required to work in a theatre setting, providing nursing and/or midwifery services to patients. The role involves developing from novice practitioners to a proficient level of professional practice, consolidating knowledge and skills, and developing in capability through continuous professional development and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing and/or midwifery services to patients in a theatre setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Hold a current practicing certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
