About the Role

We're currently seeking a Theatre Registered Nurse to join our team in regional NSW as part of our industry-leading Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program.

You will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners – a leading hospital or health service.

As a Theatre Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, providing clinical, patient-centred care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a theatre setting
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain strong leadership skills
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Theatre experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise work load
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience providing clinical, patient-centred-care
