About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and training to staff on building construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical guidance and support to staff on building maintenance and construction projects.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of hospital facilities.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to identify and report on maintenance needs.
