Job Summary

The NRMA is seeking a highly skilled Regional Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of vehicle assets in your dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Allocation and Franchise Coordination: Plan, communicate, and manage the allocation of fleet and business unit movements to ensure alignment with customer demand.
  • Coordination of Fleet Repair, Warranty, and Maintenance: Coordinate and manage the upkeep of fleet in collaboration with operations team members, ensuring that all data is recorded within our fleet management system.
  • Fleet Deliverables and Disposals: Manage the onboarding and offboarding of fleet in accordance with customer demand.
  • Fleet Information Systems and Data Proficiency: Manage the availability of fleet through data trends and monthly reviews.
  • Operational Support: Provide advice, fleet knowledge, and input on projects and trials to support our operational team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with operational team members when implementing changes and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Data skills and IT proficiency with a willingness to expand capability.
  • Confidence in decision making that supports key fleet strategic objectives.
  • Adaptive work ethic and the ability to work with change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
