Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative financial solutions to customers.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing broker accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with our Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing broker accounts in the QLD market.
  • Collaborating with the QLD Business Development Manager to ensure prospective broker accounts are contacted regularly, trained, and actively transacting with us.

What You'll Do

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
