Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Commercial Lawyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial law contracts, business structuring agreements and commercial transactions documents
  • Work on property law sales, purchases and leasing matters
  • Be involved in wills and estates estate planning and administration tasks
Opportunities:

Requirements:
  • Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland
  • Minimum 1 year post-admission experience, with relevant commercial or generalist experience
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn across multiple practice areas
