Job Title: Defence Force Psychologist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced psychologist to conduct pre-employment psychological assessments for candidates applying to join the Australian Defence Force.

This is a unique opportunity to utilise your expertise in a supportive environment, working as part of a national team of experienced psychologists.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough and independent assessments, providing recommendations to support recruitment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult psychological assessment and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-employment psychological assessments
  • Work collaboratively with a national team of psychologists
Requirements
  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
