Pre-Employment Psychologist Role

We are seeking an experienced psychologist to join our team in conducting pre-employment psychological assessments for candidates applying to join the Australian Defence Force. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your psychological expertise and support the ADF in making informed recruitment decisions.

This role offers a flexible and supportive work environment, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal needs. As part of our national team of experienced psychologists, you will be supported by a bookings team and clinical governance structure.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough pre-employment psychological assessments for ADF candidates.
  • Collaborate with a national team of psychologists and support staff.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a psychologist.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to conduct independent psychological assessments for adult clients.
  • Australian citizenship (required for ADF contracts).
  • Capacity to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
