About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our team at Lavarack Barracks.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving maintenance efficiency and operational readiness for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Your key objectives will include:

  • Enabling a safety-focused team environment
  • Maintaining quality standards in our workshops and office spaces
  • Managing the team to achieve optimum productivity
