Expert Psychological Assessor

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to work with us in conducting pre-employment psychological assessments for candidates applying to join the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
- Conduct structured assessments in a flexible and supportive environment.
- No therapy or case loads – focus solely on professional assessments.
This is a unique opportunity to use your psychological expertise without therapy case loads or shift work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-employment psychological assessments for ADF candidates.
- Be part of a national team of experienced psychologists.
- Work closely with a dedicated bookings team and robust clinical governance.
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience.
- Confidence in independent psychological assessments (adult clients).
- Australian citizenship (essential for ADF contracts).
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
