Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiology

Are you a clinical expert with a passion for delivering the most advanced medical technologies to patients in need? Our elite team is looking for a dedicated professional to provide clinical, technical & educational support in EP procedures.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support in electrophysiology (2D, 3D & Single Shot) product portfolio, developing a deep technical understanding of company products and training cardiologists and nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical support in electrophysiology procedures
  2. Develop and deliver training programs for cardiologists and nurses
  3. Build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify potential new business opportunities
  4. Work closely with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities
  5. Participate in relevant tender processes and attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required

Requirements:

  • Previous clinical case experience within Rhythm Management essential
  • Strong technical and clinical skills
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical engineering and science-related disciplines preferred
