Caregiver Role in Palliative Care

We are seeking dedicated support workers who can provide high-quality care to clients in need. Our goal is to empower clients with a voice, choice, and control over their lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Support: assisting with social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
  • Personal Care Assistance: supporting clients with daily living tasks
  • Domestic Assistance: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and basic garden maintenance
  • Supporting Complex Needs: providing empathetic and respectful care
  • Participating in Staff Meetings and Training Sessions
Required Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
  • Australian Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Reliable Vehicle with Insurance and Internet-Enabled Smartphone
  • Working with Children Check (or equivalent state-based check)
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)

Shifts will range from 2 hours to 8 hours, including overnights. We offer a travel allowance and prioritize forming healthy working relationships with our team members.
