Administrative Support Role in Palliative Care

About the Position

This permanent full-time role provides administrative support to a dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Mona Vale Hospital. As a compassionate and caring person, you will prioritize and plan workload, with general office skills including basic keyboard and communication skills.

You will receive daily work requests from the Nursing Unit Manager and provide support as needed. The role has a professional link to the Patient Services and Information Unit for specific clerical matters training and development.

The main responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Palliative Care team, receiving and prioritizing daily work requests, carrying out administrative processes for the assigned ward, and providing an information service to patients and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
