Lead Geotechnical Projects in Northern NSW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Engineering Geologist to join our team in Newcastle or Tuggerah, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee geotechnical projects across Northern NSW, with opportunities for national and international delivery.
  • Interpret data to develop practical and commercially viable solutions.
  • Conduct or direct geotechnical analyses, including slope stability and remediation.
  • Prepare and review proposals and technical reports.
  • Engage with clients throughout all project phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring for junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology.
  • At least 8 years of experience in geotechnical consulting and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in investigation, interpretation, design, and delivery of geotechnical solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects independently.
  • Excellent client collaboration, project management, and analytical skills.
