
Financial Transaction Coordinator

A temporary opportunity is available for 3 months with the potential to become a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily invoice processing involves accurately and efficiently handling incoming invoices, ensuring they are properly recorded and paid in a timely manner.
- Completing weekly and ad hoc payment runs requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Statement reconciliations involve verifying the accuracy of financial statements and identifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
- Handling supplier queries necessitates effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers.
- Management of relationships with suppliers requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong working relationships with key suppliers.
- Month-end duties include finalizing accounts and preparing financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required may involve supporting other areas of the business with specific projects or initiatives.
The successful applicant will possess:
- High-level time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Previous experience utilizing a large ERP system is strongly desirable, providing a solid foundation for efficient and effective financial transaction coordination.
