Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This is a new national role that can be based in various locations, reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in expanding our construction equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance and expand the business.
  • Achieve targets set while effectively managing the profit and loss within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster long-term and short-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory on a day-to-day basis in alignment with strategic plans and targets set.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software.
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modeling.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
