Cloud Modernisation Project Role

This role is available to help drive our cloud modernisation project work. It is a 12-month fixed term employment opportunity that requires strong Azure experience coupled with Terraform and Automation.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer deploying, managing or supporting Azure public cloud workloads, or cloud platforms at scale.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including on-premises, Azure services and directory & identity services at scale.
  • Contemporary development principles and tooling, such as 'everything as code', version-controlled change, continuous delivery and automated testing.
  • Powershell, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Automation, Active Directory and/or Azure Active directory - essential.
  • DevOps and Continuous Delivery, source control, deployment pipelines modularity and abstraction - essential.
  • IaC platform, such as Terraform - essential.
  • ITIL or Agile certifications and commercial environment experience - ideal.
