Financial Crime Project Coordinator Role

This is a 12-month project position that involves coordinating customer screening and transaction monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead reviews of technology changes impacting financial crime processes and detection systems, identifying continuous improvement opportunities for financial crime projects.
  • Engage with project teams to implement business process enhancements, enhance risk mitigation strategies, and prevent financial loss while ensuring minimal impact on customer experience, product profitability, and reputation.
  • Support financial crime technology projects including input into business requirements, solution design, testing, and change management, implementing effective detection strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management processes, including Agile delivery methods.
  • Strong document production and reporting skills, with attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience and understanding of technology change management, AML/CTF regulations, and Sanctions compliance, with ability to acquire deep knowledge across multiple subject matter areas.
