
Senior Technical Customer Experience Specialist

This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer technical issues.
Main Responsibilities- Provide seamless support experiences for customers by identifying and resolving their technical problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Microsoft's AI technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical support experience or equivalent education in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking basics, including TCP/UDP concepts and common tools/commands.
- Experience with infrastructure, network administration, and cloud computing.
- Leadership skills to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Cross-team collaboration and logical thinking.
- A passion for technology and customer support.
