Technical Support Engineer Position

This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer technical issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless support experiences for customers by identifying and resolving their technical problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Microsoft's AI technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical support experience or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking basics, including TCP/UDP concepts and common tools/commands.
  • Experience with infrastructure, network administration, and cloud computing.
Desirable Skills
  • Leadership skills to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Cross-team collaboration and logical thinking.
  • A passion for technology and customer support.
